My experience of working with Morris Armitage for a house sale has been excellent from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them. They did a good job on selling it,  and then throughout the process, they were always there with helpful advice and constantly kept me up-to-date. Amazing estate agents. We changed over to these guys after having a poor experience with William H Brown. Definitely pick these guys if you're trying to choose. I was in urgent need of a place to stay for a few months near Cambridge a few months ago. I contacted Keiran regarding a place in Burwell. We met and visited the property. All the process regarding the move in and the paperwork was easy and quick, to my great relief. We had a great experience with Morris Armitage throughout the purchase of our new home. Vicky was extremely helpful, friendly and professional from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout the process and was always happy to help whenever we had any questions. The whole purchase had its stressful moments, as house buying often does, but Vicky was always approachable and did her best to keep things moving and keep us informed. Just sold a house and purchased a bungalow with Morris Armitage. Simon Morris was very personable and excellent to deal with He adopted a ' hands on ' approach and dealt with any hiccups ( not of their making) that we had along the way with calm professionalism. Also a special mention for Vicky  who was very efficient and had a positive  attitude in her prompt communications with us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Newmarket team for a house sale or purchase.
