But not with these guys, they were great from start to finish, especially Ben who I mainly dealt with, from chasing up the other party’s solicitors to letting me into the property again just so I could take some measurements so I could start looking at furniture. It was 5 ⭐️ even before I went to pick up the keys and was handed a welcome box full of snacks and a lovely card.
