Simon Morris & James Armitage
The first branch was opened in Newmarket in the summer of 2002. Simon Morris and James Armitage began their partnership setting out to create a highly regarded brand in the property industry.
Simon grew up in the town and was active within local groups and activities. Their early levels of success, combined with the fact that Simon was equally as local to Downham Market, led them to open a second office that same year.
Cambridge branch opens just a few short years after Burwell. Part of this success can be attributed to having local, experienced, customer orientated teams in each location. The businesses remain owned and operated by James and Simon personally.
