Having dealt with several property transactions over the years, both directly and indirectly, I can honestly say that Morris Armitage are not only the most professional Estate Agents that I have dealt with, they are the most professional firm of any type that I have dealt with during a property sale or purchase. Our primary contacts throughout were James and Ben, but everyone I spoke to no matter how briefly were polite and professional. James and Ben were both superb, beyond their professionalism they were friendly and accommodating, they filled gaps where other ‘professional services’ firms left them and navigated several challenges for us along the way. Estate Agents can get a bad rep and many deservedly so. Morris Armitage are what any professional services firm should be - Top quality. Well done to you all and thank you.

I am trying to buy a bungalow in Downham Market as a cash buyer but a bit tricky as I am staying in Torquay ( too hilly for me as an "oldie") after coming to England from OZ . I am very happy with the very efficient service provided by Morris Armitage who always get back to me promptly .

As a first time buyer, I heard a lot of people talking about how estate agents can be stressful to deal with. But not with these guys, they were great from start to finish, especially Ben who I mainly dealt with, from chasing up the other party’s solicitors to letting me into the property again just so I could take some measurements so I could start looking at furniture. It was 5 ⭐️ even before I went to pick up the keys and was handed a welcome box full of snacks and a lovely card.
Would definitely recommend.
