As of today, the property market has been released from lockdown and as such property viewings, valuations, and photography can be carried out; with removal firms and conveyancers also restarting their business operations in earnest. With an estimated £82 billion of property transactions on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic, this news is likely to release a wave of demand to return back into the housing sector.

This has allowed for our operations and offices to have opened up at a greater level allowing us to now offer similar levels of services as before. Safety measures will be carried out to ensure this is carried out as safely as possible.

Property Viewings:

We would ask that you choose which properties you wish to view carefully. Where one is available, we would encourage everybody to continue to view properties virtually at first. When making an appointment, we will ensure that you are aware of self-distancing regulations and make recommendations as to the best way in which these can be conducted.

Valuations and Property Marketing:

We can arrange to visit your home to conduct a full valuation providing that nobody within the household is showing and recognisable symptoms or are self-isolating. Our members of staff will have received a safety induction and will have been provided with face coverings and sanitizers.

Office Visits:

We would recommend that you contact us if you wish to meet with us face-to-face. Distancing measures will be in place and conversations externally will be possible if and when required. Our offices will be manned and opened but access will have to be requested when on-site.

Please be patient when you contact us for appointments as we will be asking some in-depth questions solely with people’s safety in mind.

We would like to reassure you that although restrictions have been lifted to bring about this change, we will still be adhering to the Government guidelines and operating social distancing and increased cleanliness measures in order to ensure the safety of our staff, our customers and the wider community.
